Kettering Laptops – Epson Express Centre
We stock a variety of Epson printers and a large range of Genuine Epson inks and paper at discounted prices including the popular multi packs.
If your printer or scanner develops a fault and you cannot rectify it yourself, please bring it in to us for diagnosis, repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s guarantee. You do not need to contact Epson but if you have done so and they have given you a reference number please bring this in with you.
Please bring the printer or scanner in without any cables (Except items that have a transformer as a power supply). Please also bring in your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or statement.
You will need to leave your printer with us so that we can evaluate the problem and either repair it or arrange a quality assured replacement. If we don’t have the replacement in stock, we will order one for you which should be available within 2 working days. Please note only the printer itself will be replaced. Inks, and in some cases lids, will be transferred to the replacement printer. Neither Epson or ourselves are responsible for consumables, including inks. Because printers do an ink charge when first fitted you will notice that the ink levels will be lower when you receive the printer back.
